- User-uploaded content, including photos, images, PDFs and other supported files.
- Mood and lifestyle information, including mood check-ins, habits and related wellness information that you choose to record.
- Usage and analytics information, including app interactions, feature usage, device identifiers and technical information.
- Diagnostics, including crash reports and performance information.
- Subscription and purchase information, including subscription status provided by the applicable app store or subscription-management provider.
Health and medical information may be considered sensitive or special-category personal data under applicable privacy laws.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate and maintain Fitable;
- personalize nutrition, fitness and wellness features;
- calculate scores, trends, progress indicators and personal baselines;
- provide meal, diet, workout, recovery and lifestyle features;
- process and display health records and laboratory information that you choose to upload;
- extract and organize supported biomarker information from laboratory documents;
- provide AI-supported features requested by you;
- maintain account and subscription functionality;

- understand how Fitable features are used.
We do not sell health information and do not use health information for advertising.
3. Health Records and Laboratory Documents
Fitable allows users to upload supported laboratory reports, health documents, images and PDF files.
When you use these features, Fitable may process the uploaded document to identify and organize information such as:
- biomarker names;
- measured values;
- units;
- reference ranges; and
- related laboratory information.
Automatically extracted information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Where applicable, Fitable allows you to review extracted information before saving or relying on it.
Uploaded documents and verified laboratory results may be stored in connection with your Fitable account so that you can access your records and follow changes over time.
Fitable does not use uploaded health records or laboratory information for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. AI-Supported Features
Certain Fitable features use automated or artificial-intelligence-supported processing.
Depending on the feature you use, relevant information such as:
- meal photos;
- meal descriptions;
- voice inputs;
- selected wellness context; or
- supported health and laboratory documents
may be securely transmitted to third-party service providers acting on our behalf for processing.
Such processing is used only to provide the requested feature and related application functionality.
AI-generated or automatically extracted information may contain errors and should be reviewed by the user where appropriate.
Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.
5. Apple Health and Connected Health Data
Fitable accesses Apple Health or other connected health information only after you grant the relevant permissions.
Depending on the permissions you choose to grant, this may include information such as:
- steps and activity;
- workouts;
- sleep;
- heart rate;
- resting heart rate;
- HRV; and
- other supported health or fitness metrics.
You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions through your device settings.
Health and fitness information obtained through Apple Health is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy laws apply, we process personal information only when an appropriate legal basis exists.
Depending on the processing activity, this may include:
- providing services or functionality requested by you;

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including health information and uploaded documents.
These measures may include authenticated account access, access controls, secure communications and protected cloud storage.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
