This Privacy Policy explains how Fitable AI ("Fitable", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Fitable AI mobile application, website and related services.

1. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account information, such as name, email address and user identifier.
- Profile information, such as age, height, weight, goals, activity level and nutrition preferences.
- Meal and nutrition information, including foods, meal photos, estimated nutrition values, hydration and diet-plan activity.
- Health and fitness information that you choose to provide or authorize, such as steps, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, sleep, recovery-related signals, cycle information and other wellness data.
- Usage and analytics information, such as app interactions, feature usage, device identifiers and approximate technical information.
- Diagnostics, including crash reports and performance information.
- Subscription and purchase status provided by the relevant app store or subscription-management provider.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Fitable AI, personalize nutrition and wellness insights, calculate progress indicators, support account functionality, process subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, understand product usage and communicate service-related information.
3. AI-supported features
When you use AI-supported meal analysis or coaching features, relevant inputs—such as meal photos, meal descriptions or selected context—may be sent securely to third-party AI service providers for processing. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the requested analysis.
4. Apple Health and connected data
Health data is accessed only after you grant permission through the applicable device settings. Fitable AI uses authorized data to provide requested app features and wellness insights. Health data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted providers for cloud infrastructure, authentication, databases, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, AI processing, email and related technical services. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type and purpose.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request data portability. You can also manage health-data permissions in your device settings and subscription settings through the App Store.
10. Children
Fitable AI is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian authorization.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
