Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Fitable AI mobile application, website and related services.
Important: Fitable AI provides general nutrition, fitness and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity under your account.
2. Wellness information only
Outputs, scores, estimates, recommendations and AI-generated content are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Fitable AI for emergencies or medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, eating disorder, allergy or significant change in diet or exercise.
3. User input
You are responsible for information and content submitted through the service. You must have the right to provide that content and must not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
4. Estimates and AI outputs
Meal recognition, calorie values, nutrients, health metrics, biological-age indicators, Fitable Scores and other outputs are estimates. Results can vary based on image quality, portion size, device data, missing information and model limitations.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or in-app purchases. Pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellation and refunds are managed under the terms shown in the App Store and your Apple account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected components, automate abusive requests, upload malicious code or use Fitable AI in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Fitable AI, its design, software, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will work with every device, region or third-party service.
9. Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party platforms, health-data providers, cloud services, app stores and AI providers. Their terms and availability may also apply.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitable AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, security is threatened or continued service is not reasonably possible. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, where permitted by law.
